the staff were very helpful they were always available. they sometimes not understand my question though, yet they were very helpful. the foods is good with many choices.

the floor needs scrubbing it not wiping over with a cloth style mop. the aircon system did not work properly everything i changed temp it would turn off.

The food options at breakfast were VERY repetitive. Honestly, it reminded me of groundhog day every morning. I understand BREAD is a challenge, but more variety would be nice. The room was OKAY, I suppose. but the soundproofing was not great, and I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway. It was not ideal after a LONG day.

the bathroom mirror light was permanently on it shined into the bedroom all night i had to ask for it to be fixed but the wire was pulled out instead now i had no light at all i also found that the sliding door to the balcony was broken and remained unlocked throughout my stay this was not very secure a collection of leftover food sat in the corridor by my room for days the staff did not remove it this was unhygienic.

Sam provided fantastic customer service during check-in, even upgrading me to a room. Room 127 featured a large balcony with comfortable seating and beautiful sea views. The room was immaculate, spacious, and modern, particularly the walk-in shower. The hotel's pleasant scent from diffusers and fresh flowers made it cute.

I noticed the depth of the swimming pool was only 1 meters. This made swimming less enjoyable.

the room was spacious. it also featured a beautiful sea view balcony, it. i really enjoyed the walk-in shower. the hotel also smelled amazing throughout, with fresh flowers adding a special touch.

i found the coffee machine to be somewhat difficult to operate, but it provided excellent coffee once i figured it out.
